Admission Information
Sri Prabhu Greenville Children Academy, Bahabalpur is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. We follow rules governing promotions as prescribed by Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi.
Age Criteria for Admission
Nursery: The child should be 3+ on 31st March of the corresponding year.
LKG: The child should be 4+ on 31st March of the corresponding year.
UKG: The child should be 5+ on 31st March of the corresponding year.
Class I: The child should be 6+ on 31st March of the corresponding year.
Likewise will be the criteria for rest of the higher classes.
Admission and Registration
The school session starts in April and ends in March. Normally, admissions are done only in class Nursery & Class 1. Those seeking admission should be within the age criteria for specific class before April 1st of the year of admission. The age requirement for other classes will follow the above mentioned Age Criteria for Admission. Admission to other classes will depend on seats available and information regarding this can be obtained from the school office, a few days before the beginning of the new academic session.
Admissions are made on the basis of a personal interview and entrance examination. The merit of the student is the sole criterion for selection. The application for Admission should be accompanied by an authentic document containing the child's Date of Birth. We accept Date of Birth certificates only from the Corporation or Village Panchayat. Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted. A student coming from an affiliated and recognized school should produce a Transfer Certificate clearly stating the Date of Birth. The Principal reserves to himself the right to refuse admission to any student (without furnishing any reason).

Note :If you have taken admission/completed registration of your ward and then decide that you don't want to continue, you will have to pay the School as well as the Bus Fee for the following three months .The school will not refund the fee even if your ward has not attended a single day of school.
